Property Management
After the acquisition, Medalist directs our Leasing and Property Management affiliates to help us implement a strategic plan for increasing cash-flow and creating value. This long-term approach is designed to ultimately generate above-average returns and offer an attractive alternative to the stock market.
Property management for our commercial properties is performed by Shockoe Commercial, LLC, and by Marshall Management for our hotel properties.
