After the acquisition, Medalist directs its Leasing and Property Management affiliates to implement a strategic plan for increasing cash-flow and creating value. This long-term approach is designed to ultimately generate above-average returns and offer an attractive alternative to other investments.
Property management for our commercial properties is performed by Shockoe Commercial, LLC, and by Marshall Management for our hotel properties.
